REQUIREMENTS
🌍 Languages: English is required (other languages are a plus!)
💡 Sales Experience: Not required, but a big plus!
📈 Coachability: Willingness to learn & improve
👥 Team Player: Positive attitude & supportive of colleagues
🔄 Flexibility: Able to work different schedules & locations
📆 Availability: Minimum 8 weeks (May–October), with preference for full-season availability

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
Will someone pick me up from the airport?
We try our best to arrange a pick-up. If we can’t, we will tell you in advance. You can take a taxi to our meeting location for around 10 euros.
How do I get paid?
You earn commission for every sale you make. You can choose: 💰 Daily payments or 📄 Weekly Bank transfers.
Do European citizens need a visa?
No, EU citizens do not need a visa to work in Ibiza.
Can I rent a scooter?
Yes! We have special deals for long-term scooter rentals. Prices range from €250 – €400 per month. We will help you find the best option.
Do you provide staff accommodation?
Yes, we have staff housing (subject to availability) with rental contracts. Our accommodations are in great locations: 🏠 Playa d’en Bossa 🏠 Figueretas 🏠 San Jordi 🏠 Ibiza Town These areas are close to work, the beach, bars, clubs, and shops!
What should I pack for the job?
✔ Comfortable summer clothes ✔ Good walking shoes ✔ A backpack or small bag for work ✔ Sunscreen & sunglasses ✔ A power bank for your phone (important for work!) ✔ Any important documents (passport, ID, travel insurance)
Will I get a work contract?
You will receive a working agreement as freelance explaining that your role is commission-based. You work independently and earn based on your sales.
Is there Wi-Fi in the accommodation?
Some houses have Wi-Fi, some don’t. But free Wi-Fi is available in most bars and cafés in Ibiza.
Do I need a NIE Number or foreigner ID?
It’s not required, but if you want one, we can help you apply.
What happens after I pass the interview?

What happens when I arrive in Ibiza?
