What time should I arrive, and what time does the dinner show start?
Please arrive between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM for check-in. The night builds progressively—dinner first, then live show moments as the venue fills up.
How long does the experience last?
Most guests stay a few hours. It flows from dinner into a higher-energy atmosphere, so you can leave when you’re ready—there’s no “hard stop” feeling.
Is my reserved table guaranteed once I book?
Yes—your ticket includes a guaranteed reserved table for your group. Booking online is the quickest way to lock it in.
How far in advance should I book Rigatoni?
As Ibiza’s most popular Italian dinner show (serving a market of 400,000+ Italian tourists yearly), Rigatoni sells out daily in peak season (June–September). We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to guarantee your preferred date. Last-minute availability is rare.
Can I choose between the two menus (Sea / Land), and when do I choose?
Yes. You can choose Sea or Land directly at the restaurant on the night. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, add a note at checkout or message us on WhatsApp in advance.
What drinks are included, and are there any limits?
2 guests: 4 glasses of wine total
3 guests: 1 bottle of wine
4 guests: 1 bottle of wine + 2 waters
8 guests: 2 bottles of wine + 4 waters
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements (vegetarian / gluten-free, etc.)?
In many cases, yes—add your requirements in the booking notes. For anything complex, WhatsApp us in advance so we can confirm the best option.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual is a safe choice. If your club bonus/guestlist has stricter requirements (shoes, ratios, etc.), you’ll see them in the instructions.
Can I book for a group or a birthday?
Absolutely. For larger groups or celebrations, WhatsApp support is the fastest way to get seated together and handle any special requests.
What happens if we arrive late?
Late arrivals can affect seating and service, especially on busy nights. Aim to arrive within your check-in window so you don’t miss the best part of the flow.
How does the “discounted superclub access / guestlist” bonus work, and when do I receive it?
After booking, you’ll receive instructions via email/WhatsApp with the available club options and requirements. Guestlist/discount access is always subject to club policies, capacity, arrival time, and dress code.
