COMMON QUESTIONS
Should I buy tickets through GXC or directly?
Through GXC — same official tickets, plus WhatsApp concierge: we sort arrival timing, tables, and the classic Ushuaïa-then-Hï combo so you don't queue twice.
Theatre or Club — what's the difference?
The Theatre is the main stage with the headline production; the Club is a second full-size room with its own lineup. And don't skip the Wild Corner — a DJ booth literally in the bathrooms, and one of the best vibes in the building.
What time do headliners play?
Usually 02:00-04:30. Doors open 23:30 — arriving before 01:00 means shorter queues and you catch the room filling up at its best.
Can I do Ushuaïa and Hï in one night?
Yes — it's the classic Playa d'en Bossa double. Ushuaïa runs 17:00-23:00, Hï picks up from 23:30 across the street. Ask us about combo tickets when available.
